Price adjustment when syncing items to BOL [FV-14]

Items on BOL always need to have the shipping cost included, i.e. shipping cost is free. In Shopify, shipping cost can be set subject to the value of the items, i.e. a minimum order value for free shipping. Option (a): push to BOL an increased price setting per item with a certain value, since BOL requests a fee per sale that is not included in the nominal price of the Shopify webshop items. Option (b): push to BOL an increased price setting per item with a certain value or percentage.
